Cottage located on an estate in the heart of the Corbières, you will stay in a natural environment, on a 10 hectare estate, with meadows and fruit trees in front of the door. 200m from the cottage, small river with beach, possibility of swimming, fishing possible and provision of a 2-seater kayak, many hiking and mountain biking trails from the cottage. In the surroundings you will visit the many castles of the Cathar Country, the Abbey of Lagrasse, the Mediterranean beaches at 30 minutes. The cottage is located 1 km from the village with many shops. Swimming pool above ground shared (6.50 X 4.50m) with the owners, and large natural pool 60 m long, garden furniture on the shaded terrace in front of the door. Gîte comprising on the ground floor a living room with pellet stove, opening onto the terrace, separate WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 180 and 4 beds 90), 2 shower rooms, separate wc. Linens provided. End of stay cleaning included.
