The house is located in a quiet small place named Kožino, 8 km from Zadar and only 50 steps from the beach. Nearby is a very popular beach bar and several very good restaurants. We have many trails through the woods suitable for hiking, running or cycling.
The house has 4 bedrooms of which one is family room with baby cot and sofa, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a billiards, three bathrooms, a dishwasher and a washing machine, three TVs, PS3 and PS4, darts and various board games. The house is air conditioned and the whole area is covered by wifi signal.
In the garden you can relax in the garden furniture or jacuzzi, sunbathe or prepare delicious barbecue dishes. There are 2 free parking spaces next to the house. All your pets are welcome. Guests have at their disposal the whole house with all the accompanying facilities and they are alone in the house.
