Entspannen Sie in der schönen Lübecker Bucht nur 100m bis zum Wald gelegen und nur 600m bis zum Strand. Kellenhusen hat einiges zu bieten. Ein grosser langer Sandstrand und ein schöner Wald und beides in Gehentfernung. Entspannung PUR. Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss unseres Wohnhauses und ist nur 100m vom Wald entfernt oder 600m vom Strand. In 2021 wurde einiges erneuert wie bspw. Möbel, Küche, Badezimmer. Sie haben einen kleinen Balkon beim "Masterbedroom", ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Sessel und Fernseher, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppel-Boxspringbett (160x200), ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzel-Boxspringbetten (80x200cm), eine Wohnküche mit Essbereich und ein Duschbad. Sie können die Infrastruktur der Ferienanlage "Am Walde" mit benutzen, welche nur 100m entfernt ist....mit Hängematte, gemütlichem Wald, Sauna (kostenpflichtig, derzeit wg Corona geschlossen) Bei uns können Sie ebenfalls Fahrräder und SUP (Stand up Paddle) ausleihen (je nach Verfügbarkeit).
Hinweise:
- Kurtaxe wird vor Ort abgerechnet nach den Regeln der Ostseecard Kellenhusen
- Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 20m neben einer Arztpraxis bzw ein Schlafzimmer befindet zentral gelegen an der Denkmalstrasse
- Bitte berücksichtigen sie das der Fussweg vom Parkplatz bis zur Treppe ca 40m beträgt.
In 2021 wurde einiges erneuert wie bspw. Möbel, Küche, Badezimmer. Sie haben einen kleinen Balkon beim "Masterbedroom", ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Sessel und Fernseher, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppel-Boxspringbett (160x200), ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzel-Boxspringbetten (80x200cm), eine Wohnküche mit Essbereich und ein Duschbad.
Eine kleine aber feine Loggia lädt dazu ein einen Morgenkaffee zu nehmen und die frische Meeresbrise einzuatmen oder auch noch ein Sundowner Getränk zu nehmen.
Diese Ferienwohnung ist eine "Adult Only" Ferienwohnung. D.h. es dürfen nur Erwachsene bzw "Fast erwachsene" Personen (ab 16 Jahren) in diesem Haus wohnen. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, das andere Möglichkeiten nicht bestehen, es ist leider Bauartbedingt nicht möglich.
