This very nice holiday house with pool (salt water) is located in a quiet area, not far from the city center of Crikvenica. The house consists of a ground floor, first floor and a very nice outdoor area where you can enjoy to the maximum. Ideal choice for families with children or friends.Each floor has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and very well equipped kitchen. It is situated for 8 persons. From the ground floor to the 1st floor can be reached by external stairs. There is a covered terrace with barbecue, a yard and a 32 m2 pool. Parking is located in the yard. The house is located in a quiet and idyllic area and is therefore not suitable for parties. Youth groups are not allowed.
