    “Die Ausstattung stimmt nicht mit dem Internet Angebot überein. Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Zustand gut, allerdings etwas einsam.Die Sauberkeit, wie schon beschrieben (Schimmel in der Dusche, fetttriefende Dunstabzugshaube). Der Preis ist zu hoch, Preiswürdikeit stimmt nicht.”

    “Ich wundere mich über die Bewertung des Kunden. Er hatte gesagt, dass es ihm sehr gefallen hätte und das er nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wolle. Die Fahrräder sind da, der Kunde hätte nur fragen sollen. Ich werde mich darum kümmern, dass mehr deutsche Sender angeboten werden. Ich ändere den Anbieter. Die Kaffeemaschine hätte angefragt werden müssen, da es Objekte gibt, wo sie vorhanden ist und andere Objekte, wo sie auf Anfrage gebracht wird. Oberste Maxime ist es den Vermieter immer anzusprechen.”

Dit appartement is erg gehorig, omdat het centraal in het gebouw ligt en aan verschillende ruimtes grenst. Slecht bed; minimale keuken inrichting en niet echt schoon.
    Helaas speken de eigenaren geen woord Engels of Duits, maar dat maakt het ook wel weer leuk, maar soms ook lastig. Een Italiaans woordenboekje is aan te bevelen.
