Guests can use big terrace with sea view on floor below and barbecue in the garden of the property.
You can hire a motorboat , buoy for boat
It is just 30 metres to the beach and the sea. It is 1.5km to the nearest grocery shop and restaurants.

There is an air conditioning unit in the living room (extra charge)
