On the first floor of this beautiful vacation home from 1800, located directly on the river Nidelva, is a very cozy vacation apartment that gives you a fantastic view of the river, the mountains and the wonderful nature of Norway.
Here you can sit together, warm yourself by the wood stove in the living room and discuss the excursions of the coming days, while dinner is prepared in the open kitchen.

The apartment captivates with its rough natural stone walls, which give the apartment a cave-like flair. At the same time, the cozy furnishings and brightly painted walls make you feel right at home.

In this wildlife-rich area, deer, elk, roe deer and other game prowl around the houses.

Here you can feel Mother Nature up close, but you live only 16 minutes by car from the city of Arendal, where you will find stores, shopping, restaurants and a swimming pool.

The way to the coast is also not far, and there you can rent a boat and go to sea to explore the archipelago. Visit the nature parks, which offer a glimpse into the life of the Norwegian Vikings.

Changing cultural-historical exhibitions tell about the rough life of the Scandinavian people, and there is also a big meeting of the Vikings in May, where you can witness staged craftsmanship, everyday life and struggle of the times long gone.
