GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GHR Rentals is a company dedicated to the management of holiday rental properties on the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca. We manage the properties directly on behalf of the owners, offering you a guaranteed accommodation.
RESERVATIONSPayment of 30% to guarantee your reservationThe remaining amount of the stay and any additional services contracted will be paid 14 days before the client's arrival.If the selected accommodation is blocked during the booking process or if there is overbooking, the client will be informed within 24 hours of booking and the amount received will be refunded.
NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS100% payment to guarantee your bookingIf the selected accommodation is blocked during the booking process or if there is overbooking, the client will be informed within 24 hours of booking and the amount received will be refunded.
PAYMENT METHODPayment by credit card.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENTThe accommodation must be delivered in its original condition. Please remember that the client is responsible for the property during their stay and is obliged to report and cover any possible damage to the property.
DEPOSITClients will provide the details of a Credit Card at the beginning of their stay to ensure the execution of this contract, from which an amount between 150,00 ¤ and 300,00 ¤ will be pre-authorised, authorising the invoicing of possible damages that the rented property may suffer, attributable to the tenant (the loss of the keys would imply the change of the lock with the expenses that this entails).Any anomaly or damage caused during the stay will be notified to the clients as soon as possible.GHR Rentals cannot be held responsible for valuables left in the flats during or at the end of the stay.
CHECK INGuests must inform us in advance of their arrival time.Instructions for online check in will be sent at the time of booking; failure to check in prior to arrival will result in an additional charge of 5 euros per person.Check-in at the accommodation will take place from 16:00 on the day of arrival in order to prepare the accommodation for your stay.Our office is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00.Guests who need to arrive outside our office hours should inform us in advance to receive instructions on how to collect the keys.Our late check in service for arrivals after 20.00h will have an additional cost of 20.00€ and the check in service for arrivals after 00.00h will have an additional cost of 40.00€.
CHECKThe accommodation must be vacated before 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure, leaving the keys in the designated area.The accommodation must be returned in the same clean condition and in a normal state of use and decorum (including electrical appliances, terrace/garden and barbecues). Please note that it is compulsory to dispose of the rubbish before vacating the flat. In any other case, additional cleaning costs will be charged:

If guests plan to leave the property before the departure date, they must inform us in advance in order to receive instructions.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION- The price includes the cleaning of the accommodation on arrival.- The price includes the provision of bed and bath linen on arrival for each guest in the accommodation (respecting the maximum number of guests per property).
RULES OF COEXISTENCE IN THE FLATS- The rules of coexistence and use are governed by the general Spanish legislation and specifically by the law of horizontal property, the decree of tourist flats of the Government of Valencia and the Junta de Andalucía and the particular statutes of the community of owners of each building.- The accommodation cannot be occupied by more people than the capacity indicated and signed in the rental contract.- Energy saving must be respected by closing doors and windows when the air conditioning is on, and turning off the air conditioning and lights when guests are out of the accommodation.- It is forbidden to have glass objects in the pool area. The rules of hygiene in the pool area, as well as the opening hours of the pool, must be respected at all times.- You must respect the rules of dress, behaviour and civility in the communal areas of the developments where you are staying, as well as the right to rest of the other residents. In addition, do not enter the building entrance or lifts with wet feet.- Furniture and household goods may not be taken out of the accommodation.- If there is a communal car park, only one vehicle per unit may be parked.

***Failure to comply with any of these rules will be grounds for termination of the rental contract, with forfeiture of the amounts paid***.
GHR Rentals reserves the right to change the accommodation booked for another of similar standards in case of circumstances of Force Majeure.

Guest will be refunded the full amount of the booking fees (minus our Fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 2 weeks prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
Guest will be refunded 50% of the booking fees (minus our fees), if (s)he cancels the booking up to 1 week prior to his/her arrival (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
All cancellations must take place by 12:00 (midday) according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
