The holiday home is located in a very quiet location on a fenced property of 1,300 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 28 m2 seawater outdoor pool with deck chairs, a covered terrace with a dining table, a brick barbecue, a well-kept garden with flowers, a children's playground, table tennis and parking for two cars.
The house offers space for 6-8 people with 185m2 of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a beautifully furnished living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with a dining table and access to a covered terrace and garden, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, this house offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, access to a balcony with a panoramic view, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway.
