This house is ideal for families and offers you a fully fenced property for animals and small children. The premises are as bright as day and the terrace offers you an oasis to relax. Here you are away from the center of the village and about 2.4 km from a beautiful long sandy beach, which is easily accessible by bike. The sandy beach with a length of over 9 km also offers many water sports activities such as beach sailing, paddling, kayaking, catamaran, kit surfing, but also a sailing school. Shopping can also be easily done on foot or by bike. Forest Adventure, about 25 km away, with its tree climbing and zip lines, will delight young and old alike. For those thirsty for knowledge, reach the museum of underwater research, Cité de la Mer, in Cherbourg. For the bigger ones: Granville, its casino or the wonder of Mont-Saint-Michel, the beaches of D-Day, the nearest of which, Utah Beach, is 50 km away.
