Cosy apartment with balcony overlooking the lake, in a recent building very close to the lake and to the main stores and restaurants, located in Fasano, a small district of Gardone Riviera.
The apartment, located on the second floor and easily accessible by elevator, opens onto the bright living room characterized by exposed wooden beams and parquet flooring, which makes the environment very comfortable. The space features high quality furniture and finishes, with a sofa and a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs for six people, as well as an open-plan kitchen, well equipped and complete with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a juicer, an American coffee machine and a toaster. The living room overlooks two private balconies where guests of this apartment can relax while admiring the beauty of the lake and the town of Gardone Riviera!
Walking on, guests will find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms: the master one comes with a queen-size bed, a closet and boasts a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has instead a single bed and another pull-out bed. The layout of the apartment is completed by the second bathroom with shower.
At guests' disposal there are comforts such as free wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms and heating, as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
*Guests can easily park their car in the private covered parking of the building Poggio di Fasano.
With a small extra cost, possibility to provide a crib and a baby seat.
