L'appartamento fa parte di una villa di recentissima costruzione in località "Lido di Pittulongu" (le spiagge di Olbia), una tranquilla zona residenziale ,lungo la strada panoramica per Golfo Aranci . A disposizione degli ospiti un confortevole appartamento con ingresso e giardino indipendente, composto da una ampia camera con letto matrimoniale ,la seconda camera con due letti singoli, una cucina-soggiorno, un bagno e giardino attrezzato (gazebo e barbecue ). La casa accuratamente arredata è provvista di lavatrice,TV- color, ferro da stiro, phon . Le due spiagge, bianche e dal mare cristallino,distano circa 300 mt. e si possono raggiungere benissimo a piedi in 5 minuti, se poi si prende la macchina si ha solo l'imbarazzo della scelta , perché per un'estensione di km. 10,in direzione di Golfo degli Aranci, ogni stradina laterale porta ad una spiaggia. Soluzioni: weekend, settimanale ,mensile.

    “Positiv: BBQ Grillplatz war klasse. Gut erreichbar. Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Negativ: Innen liegendes Bad dass dadurch zu einigen Gerüchen aus der Kanalisation geführt hat.”

    “Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Ebenso die Außenanlagen wurden vom sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieter außerordentlich gepflegt!!!!!
    Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die nahegelegene Pizzeria ist sehr zu empfehlen.”

    “the people that handed the keys and surched for our wellbeiing there were very nice and friendly. They did every effort to make our stay very cosy. I must thank them for that. Our house was very nice, convenient and we had the privacy we wanted with all the comfort to make our stay agreable. I must say the nieghbourhood of the supermarket was quite convenient, as the neighbourhood of the beach. A place to recomment to my friends.”

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Kurzer Weg zum Meer nur über die Panoramastrasse. Oben wohnt der Vermieter unten wohnten wir. Ruhig und schön gelegen. Preis-Leistung OK.
    Beim Minimarkt nebenan gab es jeden Morgen frische Brötchen.
    Sehr netter Vermieter.”
