Nice apartment on a farm with horses, chickens, dogs and cats. On the ground floor: entrance, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine available. Nespresso capsules available but chargeable. A bathroom with shower, 1 basin and WC, with a washing machine and a dryer. On the 1st floor, access by stairs: 1 large living room with a bed (90cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with a single bed (90cm), 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2x 90cm). Bath towels and bed linen are provided. Cleaning costs extra. A furnished terrace on the roof of the building opposite is at your disposal. Access by stairs, pallet furniture with comfortable cushions and view of the Mont Blanc mountain. The apartment is locatif 5 minutes by car from thé beach on thé scores of Lake of Genève with thé possibility of paddleboarding for free.  The alpine ski slopes of Saint Cergue, Basse ruche, Saint georges are 20 minutes by car, the large ski area of Dôle-les Jouvencelles is located 35 minutes by car. The cross-country ski trails of La Givrine are a 25-minute drive away, the cross-country ski trails of Marchairuz are a 35-minute drive from Luins.

    “Positiv: Accès facile. Super appartement, spacieux, très agréable, très propre, très bien équipé. La douche italienne est spacieuse, l'eau, chaude et (surtout, par rapport à des expériences précédentes dans d'autres locations) il y a de la pression ! Literie impeccable..
    Des propriétaires forts sympathiques et des enfants, à l'image de leurs parents, adorables, conviviales, juste supers !
    Le cadre est magnifique et même les animaux de la ferme participent activement au bien être à votre séjours. Negativ: Rien vu, rien trouvé, tout simplement parce qu'il n'y en a pas.”
