The apartment is situated just a few seconds away from Daddyhole Plain which is a large grassy clifftop area overlooking Torquay and close to Meadfoot Bay and Meadfoot Beach.

To walk to the harbour and town centre will take about 20 minutes. There are some hills on the return journey and average fitness will be required. Taxis are plentiful and comparatively inexpensive.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has hard wood or laminate flooring throughout which makes it ideal for guests who my have restricted mobility. There is a single step up to the entrance.

There is a very spacious living space which features a comfortable three piece suite where up to 4 people can relax in comfort. There is a very large flat screen TV and a dining table with 4 chairs. This open plan space also includes the kitchen which has all the equipment you might need for a self catering break.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first has a king sized bed (UK size 5 ft width) and the second bedroom has two single beds.

There is a wet room style bathroom with very easy access shower which includes some hand rails so guests with mobility restrictions can steady themselves.

We are delighted to welcome well behaved pets into the apartment. Guests are responsible for any damage they may cause and we request pets are never left unattended in the property.

Outside, there is a parking space for the property and there is some terrace space with tables and chairs.
