At the heart of the Zillertal’s mountain world, in a sunny and quiet location at the centre of Stumm, you are awaited by a modern and lovingly furnished feel-good apartment. Enjoy the ideal location between two top skiing areas and the excellent hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Right next to the house (only a 2-minute walk away), you will find the stop of the ski and public buses that comfortably and quickly take you the most beautiful places in the Zillertal, while the free ski bus takes you directly to the valley stations of the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal skiing resorts in about 10 minutes.
Across 50m², the Apartment Barbara offers space for 2 to 4 people and comes with a double bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living area. Pamper yourself and your family or friends with a traditional Zillertal dish in the modern and fully equipped kitchenette. After an active holiday in the mountains around Fügen-Kaltenbach, you can relax in the spacious living-room that features a satellite TV and internet connection. Alternatively, you can watch the sun disappearing behind the mountain peaks from the lawn. The sunbathing lawn that your children will appreciate as a place to unwind also invites you to enjoy beautiful barbecue nights when spending your family holidays in the Zillertal. A storage room, a ski room and a parking lot right in front of the house are available as well.
Perfectly groomed toboggan runs, fantastic cross-country skiing trails and many other attractions will turn your winter holidays in Stumm in the Zillertal into an unforgettable experience and offer fun and variety for the whole family. The Hochzillertal skiing resort that awaits you right opposite, leaves nothing to be desired and offers ski schools, a fun park and numerous après-ski bars. Thanks to the direct connection to the Hochfügen skiing area, over 90 kilometres of pistes are available to beginners, advanced skiers and professionals.
When spending your family summer holidays in the Fügen-Kaltenbach region, the pools of Badewelt Stumm, the Kaltenbach high wire garden and countless cycling and mountain bike routes ensure varied and exciting holidays. The Apartment Barbara is ideally situated at any rate, as picturesque hiking, walking and cycling trails start right outside the house. Numerous hiking trails take you directly from the village to the Zillertal’s breath-taking mountain scenery. Stumm’s centre is considered to host one of Tyrol’s most beautiful village squares and with its charming shops and cafes invites you to stroll and relax.
