Nearby is the North Sea Trail, a well known marked hiking trail along the coast. Only a few minutes walk will take you to the sea with good fishing from shore and a great sandy beach.
The homeowner has 3 kayaks that can be rented for free to explore the beautiful surroundings. Take beautiful horseback rides along the sea in Øygarden. Also the city of Bergen with a number of attractions such as the Aquarium, Fløien, the pier and the fish market and much more is within easy reach.
