Barotul is a small, peaceful place situated in Taline bay between Pasman and Mrljane. By ferry you can get to Biograd in 15 minutes and then quickly to Zadar. Fishermen will offer you freshly caught fish every day, and you can also buy fruits and vegetables from local farmers at the markets. Also try homemade oil or wine in the local restaurants, konobas, as well as fresh figs and grapes. Take advantage of the tranquility of the small fishing settlement and leisurely try some water sports such as windsurfing or diving, for which the Pasman Channel is wonderful.
