With its naturalness and traditional rural origins, the farm is located in a single location of Annaberg with a magnificent mountain view. Are you looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday in nature and a place where your children can make friends with animals and discover the mountain world? Experience a holiday in a cosy and family-friendly atmosphere. There is room for max. 10 people and you live on the first floor in the owners' house.

Our farm is situated at 970 m, in a quiet location, about 3 km from the centre of Annaberg, surrounded by woods and meadows with unrestricted mountain views.
The Payrhof is a real farm as you would imagine it: with cows, calves, chickens, ducks, cats... Besides the work in agriculture, it is our aim to offer our guests a relaxing holiday. Of course, your children can also help with the stable work, stroke and feed the animals - all the things you do on a real farm...
Child-friendly - As we have three children of our own, it is important to us that families in particular feel at home with us. Away from the daily overstimulation, your children will experience life on an organic farm.
A playground with swings, sandpit, spring seesaws, pedal tractors and of course the giant trampoline are very popular with the children. In winter, if possible, there is a small bobsleigh track right in front of the house.
Our holiday flat for 4 persons in the size of 35m² consists of a bedroom, a kitchen with sitting area, satellite TV + CD radio and a shower/WC. Breakfast is available on request. Furthermore, 2 double rooms with shower are available.
Ideal starting point for many hikes, around the Gosaukamm with the Bischofsmütze,
approx. 3 km to the skiarea Dachstein-West.
Our Lammertal holiday apartment for 4 people is 35 m² and consists of a bedroom for 2-4 people, a kitchen with a seating area, satellite TV + CD radio, wifi and a shower/toilet. Living room and kitchen are in one room. From 5 people, the apartment is extended by a extra bedroom. On request expandable with two bedrooms for up to 10 people. The cozy holiday apartment is on the second floor on the west side with a view of the Tennengebirge and Lammertal. Breakfast on request is possible.
