Das Rustico ist mit Fahrzeugen erreichbar, und ist mit einem Bewirtschaften Grundstück von 1200 m2 umgegeben mit einem kleinen Hühnerstall (Frische Eier zum Frühstück dürfen Sie selbstverständlich nehmen) und Garten und liegt ca. auf 1160m über dem Meeresspiegel, ausgestattet mit:
Parterre; Eckbank mit Tisch für ca. 8 Personen, ein Holzkochherd ein Cheminee gut geeignet zum grillieren, Brennholz ist vorhanden, Gaskochherd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spülecke, kleiner Keller, Kochgeschirr, Teller, Besteck, Gläser usw., Gasdurchlauferhitzer fürs Warmwasser.
Oben Schlafbereich; 1 Doppel-und 1 Dreibettzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Für Schwachstrom sorgt unsere Solaranlage (Beleuchtung, Heizung im Badezimmer, Kühlschrank und Steckdosen- WIR EMPFEHLEN nicht mehr als ein Gerät anzuschliessen, Danke).

Die Bewilligung für Ihr Fahrzeug ist im Preis inbegriffen und wird am Anreisetag bei uns in Vicosoprano mit Schlüssel mitgegeben bitte vergisst nicht Ihr Auto Kennzeichen für die Fahrbewilligung uns mitzuteilen.
Rote Säcke für den Abfall dürfen Sie auch bei uns kaufen.

    “Wer die Einfachheit und Abgeschiedenheit liegt, für den ist dieses Rustico genau richtig. Positiv: Der Eigentümer ist sehr bemüht und bekümmert um seine Gäste. Wir konnten Gemüse aus dem Garten verwenden. Im Haus ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Besonders schön ist die Alleinlage oberhalb von Vicosoprano. Man kann mit dem Auto bis dorthin fahren, was sehr praktisch ist. Negativ: Es gibt überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass es sich nicht um eine luxuriöse Ferienwohnung handelt sondern um ein uriges Rustico. Ausflüge: Panorama Weg von Casaccia nach Soglio - Es gibt den "unteren Weg", aber der obere durch das Val de Cam ist besonders spektakulär aber nur für ausdauernde und trittsichere Wanderer geeignet (100m hoch, 1500m runter, 19 km lang, 7 Stunden Gehzeit.”
