La villetta si trova a Lido di Noto or Noto marina, a soli 300 metri dallo splendido mare di Noto premiato con 5 vele nel 2009-2010 e nel 2011 (13 località in tutta l'Italia). Il posto permette di effettuare una visita nell'area archeologica di: Siracusa km 33, Eloro km 2, Megara km 40 e Leontinoi km 60 oppure di visitare le citta barocche di: Noto km 6, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa, Palazzolo, Catania, Caltagirone e Militello Val di Catania. Al nord della casa c'è la bellissima riserva di Pantalica (uno dei primissimi insediamenti dell'uomo), al sud la riserva di Vensdicari (passaggio migratorio degli uccelli dal nord Africa al Nord Europa) a soli km 12 Cava grande del Cassibile (Canyon di assoluta bellezza). La casa è composta da due camere matrimoniali climatizzate, due bagni con doccia e bidet, un soggiorno ingresso e una cucina abitabile. Esternamente due verande attrezzate di 18 e 25 metri circondato da uno splendido giardino di limoni.
