The cottage is located on a property of 1400m² at the approach road to the Simonhöhe, above the road, on a slope, with a beautiful view to the valley.


Entfernungen:
St. Urban 4km, lake Urbansee in 4km or in 18km Ossiacher lake, skiing region Simonhöhe with 7 drag lifts, 1 ski lift for children and about 12km slopes are reachable by car in about 3km from here. Tavern 1km.

Ground floor: snuggery with lounge, tiled stove and kitchenette with electric cooker, wood stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine. 1 double room. Shower/toilet. Upper floor: 1 three-bed room with balcony, 1 four-bed room. Heating via tiled stove and electrically.
In front of the hut is a garden with seats and a barbecue.

Electricity € 0,40/kwh, local tourism tax currently € 2,70/person/night, final cleaning € 50,-, dog € 50,-/week. Bed linen/towels can be rented for € 10,-/set, deposit € 100,-.

    “The view is stunning, down through the wooded valley to the distant mountain tops. This is a fairly basic Alpenhütte (no TV, no washing machine, no comfortable chairs), but everything works, the hut itself is as pretty as a picture, and the location is wonderful, just tucked round the corner from the Simonhohe ski station. The valley is quiet, there is a solid bench and table outside to sit round and a nice garden with lots of birds and butterflies.

    The owner was very helpful. We were there as a couple - so we didn't use the two upstairs bedrooms, but with only one shower room and toilet, it would not be the best place for a large group.”
