The apartments are in a newly built house by a country road that leads to other villages (Zuboviaei-Metajna), 6km from the centre of Novalja, 300 metres from the sea, with a beautiful view of the bay.



The house comprises three simple, but practically furnished and equipped holiday apartments. The apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room-kitchen with a double bed and the possibility of a supplementary bed, crockery, a table and chairs and satellite TV. One of the apartments has air conditioning.



One of the apartments has a private terrace, where you can spend many evening hours and enjoy the beautiful view. A parking space and a grill are available.



The house is near a natural beach, where you can find a little private beach. Caska sandy beach, the famous Zrce beach with discos and some extreme sports are just 4km away, and Strasko is 7km away. Camp Strashko offers a range of sports (volleyball, tennis, minigolf, table tennis). You can also hire a bicycle. Pag is known as one of the islands with more than 200km of bike tracks. Or you can hire a boat or scooter. The Castello shopping centre has a sauna and fitness centre. All the beaches are suitable for children and the disabled. The island is in an ideal location, surrounded by five national parks (Plitvice Lakes, North Velebit, Paklenica Canyon, Krka with its waterfalls, and the beautiful Kornati Islands).

    “Sehr schönes Haus, klimatisiert, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Genügend Parkplätze am Grundstück. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Sauberes neues Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, alle Kochutensilien vorhanden. Geräumige helle Zimmer, mit viel Platz, Große Terrasse mit Wäscheständer, Grillplatz im Garten, Meerblick von Terrassenseite, ruhige Lage. Sehr, sehr netter Vermieter.”

    “Ausstattung: Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Lage: sehr gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strandbesuch, alles in greifbarer Nähe, Kurzfassung---Perfekte Lage. Zimmer: Sauber, schöne Einrichtung, Traumhafte Aussicht, noch besser geht es nicht.
    Vermieter kann Deutsch, Niederländisch und Englisch und kennt gute Tipps für Strandbesuch und Gastronomie, man muss ihn nur fragen. Sehr sehr liebe Menschen und hilfsbereit. Wir würden und werden dort wieder Urlaub machen.”

    “Mein Freund und ich sind Mitte September 2012 in der Ferienwohnung gewesen. Der Terrassenausblick ist seinen Preis wert, denn die Sonnenuntergänge, die man von dort aus beobachten kann, sind traumhaft schön, bei entsprechenden Wetter. Die Bilder, die zur Vorschau gestellt werden, sind aus allen Wohnungen des Hauses zusammengefasst. Wir hatten nämlich "nur" das graue Sofa und nicht das schön eingerichtete Wohnzimmer, wie man es auf dem anderen Bild sieht. Im Schlafzimmer knarrte das Bett und wir hatten eine normale Nachttischlampe. Das Bad war sauber, aber die Duschvorrichtung war beschädigt, das war ziemlich schade. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung in einem guten, sauberen und wohnlichen Zustand gewesen. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße, aber man merkt nichts davon. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns auch übers Wetter und über die gesperrten Straßen bei Stürmen informiert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.”
