This Tuscan Villa with pool, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, has been carefully restored with particular attention in maintaining its typically traditional characteristics, and can accommodate up to 22 people. 

The villa, located in an absolutely quiet and peaceful area, ideal for a relaxing holiday, has a large furnished garden with a covered portico and BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a children’s play area, and table tennis table.

The gem of the garden is the infinity swimming pool (fenced, 12x6 m, up to 150 cm deep, heated on request, open May-September).

Located in a very quiet area, the villa, ca 500 sqm, is divided into two independent apartments, one for 8 guests and the other for 14. There are 10 bedrooms with private bathroom, and a tower with 2 single beds.

Both units are on two floors.

Apartment for 8 people: ground floor with living/dining area with fire place, fully equipped open kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, American coffee machine, moka pot, toaster, blender, fruit juicer, kettle, dishwasher), and 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, each with private bathroom with shower. First floor: 2 double bedrooms with canopies, each with bathroom with shower.

Apartment for 14 people: ground floor with a spacious lounge room, fully equipped open kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, American coffee machine, moka pot, toaster, blender, fruit juicer, kettle, dishwasher), fire place, dining area and 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, each with private bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with canopies, each with private bathroom with shower. Access to the tower, where there are two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

It is located in the heart of the territory of the Etruscan Coast, between Volterra (at 30 km) and the beautiful beaches of Marina di Bibbona, which are at 20 km. At the same distance, one can also reach Bolgheri, famous for its excellent Super Tuscan wines.

Thanks to its position the villa enjoys a magnificent view over the surrounding landscape. Its strategic position permits also an easy access to the nearby local wellness centres and spas located in the Montescudaio area, as well as excursions to beautiful arts towns such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence, or the wonderful Etruscan ruins of locations such as Populonia.
