Modern style furniture and decor spreads over the whole 200m2 big interior. Natural materials, neutral colours, and the elimination of unnecessary detailing are found on both floors of Villa Arsia. The wide-open kitchen is fully equipped, the roomy living room has everything for fun film nights with the family, and it has also a direct exit to the terrace where the fun and memorable nights continue.

The outside of this amazing property is made for entertainment and relaxation. For those who enjoy peace and relaxation, there is a 45m2 pool and comfortable sun loungers for getting that summer tan. And for the more active guests, there is a variety of sports activities at your disposal: basketball court, volleyball, trampoline, badminton, and a bocce ball court. In conclusion – the kids won't ever be bored, and you don't have to worry about their safety, because the whole property is fully fenced and away from the crowds.

The beach, Café Bars, restaurants, and the town centre are only a short drive away, so you'll be able to enjoy the beauties of Croatia outside the villa.
