Villa Valiosa screams luxury with a modern design, a private outdoor 50 m2 seawater infinity pool and a beach, just a few meters away! It offers you a multitude of activities, and a beautiful panoramic sea view! 

The villa has five bedrooms that can accommodate a total of ten guests, and each of the rooms has its own modern en-suite bathroom, as well as air-conditioning and a TV; a baby cot is available for guests if needed.

Pets are allowed upon request. The open floor plan in the interior, gives a feeling of spaciousness and the possibility of better interaction between guests during family and friendly gatherings, and is characterized by luxurious furniture in relaxing neutral tones and modern details. 

On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped luxury kitchen where the preparation of each dish will be a real pleasure, a dining room overlooking the terrace and sea, and a living room with an attractive fireplace and sea view. The kitchen, dining room, and living room have direct access to the terrace.

Outdoors, you can cool off by the pool, with a refreshing drink. Pleasant evenings will be complemented by food prepared in the stone house with a fireplace and served in the outdoor dining area. At the villa, you can also have endless fun with darts and billiards, get active in the gym, go outside for a stroll through our beautiful landscape, or enjoy the sea with jet skis and diving equipment available upon request. For a complete sense of relaxation, there is also a sauna.

There is nothing more you could wish for a perfect holiday. It is located in the quiet area of Rogoznica, in the Mediterranean gem Dalmatia, and yet the city centre is only 2 km away, where you can enjoy the quality and delicious dishes from restaurants and daily coffee drinking rituals.

Villa Valiosa is in the perfect location for excursions in the immediate and wider area, so we recommend that you visit many cultural and historical monuments under UNESCO protection in Šibenik and Trogir and national parks: Krka and Kornati.
