Located in the north of Portugal, very close to the sea, in Antas, close to the city of Esposende.

Its installed in a building built in 1860 by the Baron of Maracanã, characterized mostly by white walls, ancient stone and woods, where 

luminosity is always present.The area occupied by the guest house was specially recovered, respecting to the maximum the architectural heritage, 

resulting in a simple and cozy environment.

The layout is very particular, with a large patio communicates with all the different spaces, all located in the ground floor.

All rooms have a private bathroom, and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equiped, with stove, hoven dish washer, fridge, cofee and toast machine.

A large living and dinning room, with cable Tv.

There is a seperate loundry area, with a washing machine, a tank and a drying area.

The vast garden of the villa is a charming place to play, rest, reading, sunbathing, a dive in the pool or simply to contemplate nature.

The house is located in the countryside, very suitable for beautiful walks or cycling. A trip to the wild beach of Antas-Belinho,

a swim in the Neiva River or a stroll through the surrounding hills are other options. For surf lovers, the spot of Ofir beach in Esposende

or Cabedelo near Viana are excellent options.
