The house is located in very quiet area near St. Veit. There is also a farm located in the immediate vicinity with numerous animals like cows, calves, rabbits and cats.

Town: 6km, ski lift at St. Johann-Alpine village (ski amadé): 16 km, hiking tour area on site. Toboggan run, horse sledge ride, horse riding is also possible. Indoor swimming pool, swimming-pool, cinema: 16km in St Johann. The Böndelsee or Goldegger lake: 6 km. Marvellous mountain biking areas: on site. Fresh milk, fruit and schnaps can be bought.

Washing machine available. Upper floor: 2 double rooms, 1 four-bed room, wood-fired central heating. In front of the house is a garden with a swing, a barbecue and a garden furniture.
