Lage:
The farmhouse is located at Otting at Leogang, sunny and calm. There are several other farmhouses in the neighbourhood.

Next village is Leogang, 2 km, T-bar tow, 2 km. The Asitzbahnen (within 6 km) brings you to the ski circus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang with 60 lifts and more than 200 km of groomed pistes, ski bus stop in front of the house! Cross-country skiing trail and walking paths from your doorstep, lake for bathing in 5 km, indoor swimming pool and tennis in 4 km, longest summer sledding run of Austria, 3 km. You can order bread rolls by phone. Behind the farmhouse is a shed with cows and horses. Horse-back riding or horse-drawn carriages in winter to explore the surrounding area.

Kitchen with electric cooker, wood stove, oven, fridge and seating corner, larder, bathroom with bath tub/shower/toilet. 1 toilet, 2 double rooms. Upper floor: 2 double rooms, 2 four-bed rooms with double bed and if required bunk bed (additional costs), 1 toilet, 1 shower. Entry to the annexe with 1 double room, 1 shower/toilet, new breakfast kitchen with seating corner, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, satellite TV and balcony. Heating with tiled stove and oil-fired central heating. In front of the house is a garden with seats and a barbecue.


Nebenkosten:
Electricity € 40,-/week, local tourism tax currently € 3,-/person/night, final cleaning € 160, - (if booking up to 10 pers € 95, -), bed linen can be rented for € 7,-/set, if required. Deposit € 300,-. Price up to 14 people, additional bed € 10,-/person/night.

    “Es ist ein sehr schönes, ruhiges, helles, großräumiges Haus. Wir waren mit vier Familien vor Ort. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Kinder konnten jeden Tag ab 17.00 Uhr beim Melken dabei sein. Es sind etwa 15 Minuten Fahrt bis zur Talstation in Leogang. Einkaufmöglichkeit in der Nähe.”

    “Haus im Tal gelegen und gut zu erreichen. Vor dem Haus Bänke, um in der Sonne zu sitzen. Sehr schön! Geschirr und Gläser in der unteren Küche ausreichend, leider in der oberen Küche gar nichts, obwohl wir das ganze Haus belegt hatten (inkl. Anbau). Geschirrspülmaschine aber nur in der oberen Küche. Also mussten wir alles mit der Hand spülen! Vermieter waren freundlich und eigentlich unsichtbar. Schöne saubere Zimmer und Bäder. Toiletten leider teilweise ohne Abluft und ohne Fenster! Fußballspielen der Kinder war leider im Garten verboten, wegen der Pflanzen! Das war schade und nicht so schön, zumal die Wiese groß genug ist. Toller, beheizter Skikeller! Preisleistung ist absolut in Ordnung! Haus ist einfach aber sauber!”
