Ground floor apartment with private garden, inside the residential complex "La Cascata" with swimming pool and direct view of the lake and the Port of Dusano, in Manerba del Garda.
The apartment, equipped with air conditioning through-out, is the ideal solution for a summer holiday thanks to its outside spaces and large private patio. Inside it is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table and chairs for four people, a flat-screen TV, a modern kitchen also fitted with an induction hob, a dishwasher, an American coffee machine, an oven, an electric kettle, a microwave, a juicer and a toaster.
This bright apartment, continues with the comfortable master bedroom with a queen size bed, a large wardrobe and two bedside tables; thanks to its large spaces, families with a baby can easily ask for a cot with a small extra fee. A full bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the accommodation.
*Guests will be able to use a covered parking space within the property of the following dimensions: height 2.30 m/ length 5 m/ width 2.50 m.
The pool is available from 1st of May to 30th September. Swimming cap is required.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of the hills of Valtenesi, and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tasting of Garda oil and D.O.C wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, and destination of a pleasant walk through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
Verona Villafranca Airport can easily be reached in 45 minutes by car from La Cascata.
