Welcome to our beautiful villa with a private pool, located just 700m from Sani beach amidst lush greenery. Take a dip in your own personal oasis before enjoying breakfast on the spacious balcony or in the serene garden. The area boasts a variety of beaches, from bustling and organized to peaceful and secluded.

The Space:

An accommodation, only 700m from the beach with a large veranda, offering unparalleled views of the endless blue, and combining luxury and attention to detail, will offer you a unique experience.
The area combines a cosmopolitan style with a feeling of seclusion, which will make you enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation.
The property features two spacious villas, totally independent and autonomous:
Villa Hera: On the ground of the two floors, there is a comfortable living room with open plan kitchen and dinning area, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two singles and a bathroom with a jet shower. Here you will also find a luxurious wooden sauna at your disposal.
On the top floor there is a spacious Master bedroom featuring a king size bed (1.80m width) and a private en-suite bathroom with a jet shower. Additionally there is a second double bedroom and a third one with two twin beds. An optional foldable bed can also be fitted comfortably in any of those two bedrooms.
Villa Danai:On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two singles and an optional foldable bed (the room is pretty comfortable even with the three bed setup) and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is the main living room of the house with open plan kitchen and dinning area and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also another bathroom with its own shower.
On the top floor there is a third living room, the super spacious Master bedroom featuring a queen size bed (1.80m width) and a private en-suite bathroom with a jet shower. Additionally there is a second bedroom with two twin beds, which also has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
There is a large fully furnished patio with a glass pergola and a dinning table, which leads to our private pool area and the huge private garden. There is also a BBQ at your disposal which might be used freely according to the Civil Protection guidelines (we are within a forest area).
The location of the property is an ideal place for all travelers looking for a vacation in a relaxing environment or those who want to discover the interesting landscapes of Sani, or perhaps combine all these activities.

Nestled just a few hundred metres from the famous sandy beach of Sani, Chalkidiki, this villa is a popular tourist destination in Kassandra, well-known for its beautiful beaches, crystal waters, rich flora, and luxurious resorts. In Sani, you will find everything you need during your stay, including supermarkets, bakeries, banks, a health centre, pharmacy, as well as shops offering souvenirs and traditional products. The picturesque marina and long beach of the nearby village offer a range of restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, bars, and beach-bars. Moreover, a traditional tavern serving local dishes is located only 500m from the villa.
Overlooking Mount Olympus and the Aegean sea, the villa is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Thessaloniki Airport and 60 minutes from Thessaloniki, one of the most exciting cities in Greece. In addition, visitors to Sani can reach the enchanting beaches of Sithonia and Mount Athos within just a few hours.
