Villa Berenice is a simple, traditional but pretty well-equipped house on an excellent location between Juršići and Vodnjan. Villa is 15,8 km away from Pula Airport. First market and restaurant are 2 km away, and nearest beach in Peroj is 12km from the property. Rovinj is 20.9 km from Villa Berenice, and Poreč is 33.8 km from the property.On the ground floor, there is a living room with a comfortable double and triple sofa, large LCD TV with satellite channels, portable WiFi modem, fireplace, air conditioning and doors leading directly to the terrace.The dining room is connected to a living room and a fully equipped kitchen which contains:- dishwasher- hob and oven- fridge and freezer- coffee maker- microwave- water kettle- dishes & utensilsNext to it is a table with 8 seats that can easily accommodate large groups of up to people.On the ground floor, you also have a bathroom with a washing machine, a toilet, and a large walk-in shower.There are 4 bedrooms available, two of which are equipped with double beds, while two remaining bedrooms have single beds.
