Beautiful Apartment in Civezza with Private Garden

Living in Arco del Mare means being able to go out into the garden and admire the sea, a few minutes away, relax in complete privacy in a second, very private garden, and take a relaxing break in the large panoramic swimming pool overlooking the sea and the medieval hamlet of Civezza, famous for its little squares, alleys and the remains of the five towers erected in the 16th century to counter the Ottoman advance.



The sea view apartment, a nice A-rated 2-room apartment in villetta of 55 sqm located on the ground floor, is furnished in a modern style and has a living room with table, sofa bed and flat screen TV, chest of drawers, kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and coffee pods. In the master bedroom overlooking the very private garden, reassuring and welcoming colors such as dove gray and brown prevail; the bathroom has suspended sanitary ware. The equipment includes hot / cold air conditioning, sheets and towels. It is possible to leave your car in the parking lot of the residence without problems.

 

The sea view pool measures about 15 meters and provides for the presence in the solarium area of sunbeds and umbrellas, in addition to the lifeguard. In the immediate vicinity the 2-room apartment in villetta is set in a timeless context, dominated by the medieval stone of the typical Ligurian alleys (Caruggi), embellished by an environment full of gardens and ancient olive trees. A few minutes away is the seaside resort of San Lorenzo al Mare, a charming village that evokes the nearby Côte d'Azur and can be reached either by train or from the Imperia Ovest motorway exit. Farmhouses, typical restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, artisan shops, delicatessens and ice cream parlors are reachable within a few minutes.

The swimming pool is open from June 17th to September 10th from 10am to 1.30pm and from 3.30pm to 7.30pm. Until June 30th it will be open only in the afternoon during the week days.



Being able to divide between the practicality of life in the pool and the pleasure of that of the sea, between sandy beaches and little villages with strong Provencal suggestions, brings with it incomparable benefits. In addition, for those who love sports in the area kite and windsurf are practiced, with a hike it is possible to reach over 1,000 meters and along the coast there is a cycle track of over 20 km, cut from the old railway line. Infinite olive trees cover the surrounding hills surrounding the village, medieval little hamlets in the immediate surroundings such as Lingueglietta, Dolcedo, Triora and the same old part of Imperia, Porto Maurizio, allow unexpected discoveries within the most authentic Liguria. Sanremo, the City of Flowers, Festival and Casino, is only 30 minutes away. The international airports of Genoa and Nice are less than an hour and a half.
