    Die Bauweise des Hauses erfordert allerdings bei kühlen Temperaturen den Einsatz von Gas- und Elektroheizgeräten, womit ein häufiger Temperaturwechsel und Raumfeuchte einhergehen. Die Nutzung der Ferienwohnung in den Sommermonaten ist wohl die bessere Alternative.”
