Surrounded by nature,silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from itsmain touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.
The ground floor consists of an open areawith a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, connected through big glass sliding doors to a covered terrace, anda separate bedroom area with a king size bedand a privatebathroom with shower. The first floor consists of onebedroom with aking size bed, a complete private bathroom and another bedroom with two twinbeds. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden and a private, heated swimming pool.
Top quality materials have been used for its construction, including stone walls. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private parking space for one vehicle, included in the price. It also has access toa bigger swimming pool for common use bythe surrounding villas. The golf resort urbanisation is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurants, and two complete golf courses. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.

The arrival day should call or text your contact person upon arrival at the airport and then will give you instructions on how to get to the property. At your arrival they will be waiting for you at the door of the villa to complete your check-in and give you the keys.
The property will be available fro check-in from 16:00, but we always try to accommodate early arrival customers as soon as possible. It is extremely important that we have an updated arrival time. Not having this information may derive in having to wait your contact person and in a delay in check-in.
Booking Confirmation
The booking is confirmed with the payment of the booking deposit.
Prepayment Policy
The guest will be charged a booking deposit when the booking is made, and the pending balance will be charged 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the total booking price will be charged when the booking is made.
Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
No-show Policy
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
Guest will be refunded the full amount of the booking fees (minus our Fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 1 month prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
Guest will be refunded 50% of the booking fees (minus our fees), if (s)he cancels the booking up to 2 weeks prior to his/her arrival (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
All cancellations must take place by 12:00 (midday) according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
