Il monolocale si trova al piano terra pronto ad accogliere tutti anche persone con problemi motori, anticamera dotata di scarpiera, appendiabiti all'entrata dell'alloggio, abbiamo scelto una cucina spaziosa come in un vero e proprio appartamento per chi ama preparare cibi sfiziosi, trovera tutto dal forno, lavastoviglie e piano cottura ad induzione 4 fuochi, disponibili inoltre toaster, bollitore e macchina per caffe' americano. Aria condizionata smart Tv e bagno con box doccia, stendino esterno ed interno.

La lavatrice si trova all'ingresso in comune con il monolocale al piano superiore.






La vera particolarita' di questo alloggio e' il cortile recintato con ampio patio fornito di cucina estiva, due tavoli divisi, frigorifero, barbecue a carbonella o legna, per chi invece preferisce fare in fretta, disponibile anche il grill elettrico.
