This spacious villa is located in Medulin only 500 meters from the sea. The special feature of this holiday home is the beautiful sea view that will easily knock you off your feet. Within walking distance there are sea and beaches, and the inevitable beach bars, as well as you must try the excellent gastronomic delicacies in many restaurants. If you are a fan of sports and adrenaline, here you can try windsurfing or diving, while the area is known for hiking and biking trails.
The villa can accommodate a total of up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a spacious living room. Each room also has its own terrace. A beautiful view is provided from the two bedrooms, the living room and the outdoor terrace. Sunbathing area and outdoor terrace connected to the living room and kitchen. Guests have at their disposal a large outdoor pool, 2 parking spaces and outdoor equipment for children (swings, table football). The house is equipped for a relaxing holiday of family or friends. The distance to the Medulin waterfront is about 2 km, to the center of Pula about 7 km and to Cape Kamenjak is about 5 km. Excellent location to avoid traffic jams and noise and close to all tourist facilities.
