The terrace is 15 m2, covered, with furniture and deck chairs.

The property has 500 m2, surrounded by a lawn, contains an outdoor pool, an outdoor shower, barbecue and a children's playground (swing). Parking is provided for 2 cars.

Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing, rowing and tennis courts are located in the villages around Marcana. The 18-hole golf course is located in the beautiful Croatian Brijuni National Park. Mini golf, horse riding. fishing (license required), beach volleyball courts and other attractions can be found within a 15-kilometer radius of Marcana.
