Our charming villa Nunica is nestled near the picturesque town of Porec, surrounded by nature! Located in the heart of Istria, our cosy villa offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience and tranquillity for your getaway.

Located on two levels, it has enough space for everyone's relaxation and tranquillity.

The ground floor apartment welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living room, complete with a comfortable sofa, perfect for lounging around after a day of exploring. Added to this are two judiciously furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second a sofa bed for two people. Two bathroom and a toilet complete this level

Upstairs another fully furnished apartment awaits you. It also consists of an equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, offering flexibility and convenience. Two additional cosy bedrooms provide privacy and comfort, while two others bathroom adds convenience.

In the garden you can enjoy the sparkling swimming pool to refresh and invigorate yourself on hot Istrian days. Fire up the barbecue to dine al fresco and create cherished memories with loved ones against a backdrop of stunning natural beauty.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
