Situata a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di San Pietro, è un ottima soluzione per chi vuole rilassarsi nella natura, respirare l’aria del mare e allo stesso tempo godere della vicinanza al paese di Valledoria.



Ciascun appartamento è composto da soggiorno, cucina, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni e veranda esterna coperta.

All’esterno, un ampio giardino con barbecue, accesso al patio coperto e posto auto privato.



All’esterno, l’ampio giardino è attrezzato di sdraio e zona barbecue.

In posizione laterale alla veranda esterna, una scala conduce al patio coperto dal quale, nelle giornate particolarmente ventose, si gode della rigenerante brezza marina.



La spiaggia dista 150 metri mentre il centro del paese, Valledoria, dista circa 1,5 km.



Valledoria è un piccolo paese che però offre tutti i servizi di prima necessità: diversi supermercati, bar, tabacchi, ristoranti e piccoli negozi.
