Charming stone house is located in the heart of Dalmatia, in a small, quiet and picturesque village, Donji Proložac, 6 km from the famous city of Imotski. 5 minutes by foot is a beautiful nature park with the spring of the Vrljika River and the possibility of canoeing. The property is ideal for a relaxing holiday with small children, nature lovers and people of adventure.

While building the house, inside, outside, the owner paid attention to every detail, furniture, surroundings, etc. Traditional Dalmatian architecture, pleasantly combined with modern details, gives this villa a special charm. 

There is also a lovely wooden dining table where you can eat and drink near a beautiful fireplace that simply invites you to grill fresh fish with local olive oil and a glass of red wine. The children's playground with football goals and a badminton net for slightly older children awaits you too. This nice house is one of those attractive, welcoming and friendly places that will make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. You might not even need the beach as there will be a nice pool area (under construction - will be finished in spring 2022)

An excellent traditional restaurant with wine tasting and wine cellar is a 5 minute walk away. It is only 30 minutes drive from the beach and the sea and only 10 minutes from the Red and Blue Lakes.
