Unser Ferienhaus wurde 1996 erbaut. 4 modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen mit 3-Sterne Einstufung. In ruhiger reizvoller Landschaft direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Ca. 5 km von Binz entfernt. Ideale Entfernungen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel Rügen. Jede 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 32 qm) für max. 4 Personen.

    “Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Es war sehr geräumig und man war mit dem Bad und der Küche gut ausgestattet. Das einzige Problem war wie gesagt die Lage, was man aber durch ÖPNV relativ gut klären konnte. Auch mir Fahrrädern könnte man dies gut kompensieren... Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und man hat auch einen Außenbereich, in dem man wunderbar sitzen und grillen kann Negativ: Die Lage, wofür die Mieter nichts können. Es liegt etwas mehr im Landesinneren wodurch man 5 km bis zum Strand brauch... Dadurch ist man darauf angewiesen jedes mal entweder mit dem Auto oder dem Bus zu fahren. Die Bushaltestelle ist zwar fast direkt vor der Haustür, man muss aber um nach Binz zu kommen einmal umsteigen. Zu dem kann es sein, dass man durch das Verkehrsaufkommen seinen Anschlussbus verpasst oder auch so wesentlich länger biss nach Binz brauch”

    “Die Lage war sehr gut, da ziemlich mittig gelegen. Die Wohnung war sauber. Durch den Durchlauferhitzer im Bad war das Duschen eine kleine Herausforderung. Auch die Küche war sehr klein, mehr gibt die Wohnung allerdings nicht her. Ansonsten aber klein und fein.”

    “Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, einfach und praktisch, aber schön eingerichtet.
    Einzig, dass ein Backofen fehlt, ist schade. Ansonsten echt super. Sehr zu empfehlen.
    Die Vermieter sind auch sehr sehr freundlich gewesen. Der Vermieter brachte sogar jeden Morgen frische Brötchen. Das nenne ich Service und Freundlichkeit.
    Was ich persönlich auch gut fand, ist, dass das Haus im Ort ausgeschildert war.
    Auch die Lage ist meiner Meinung nach gut.
    Man kommt innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto an viele schöne Ecken und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
    Alles in allem: Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Wir waren zufrieden und werden definitiv wieder hinfahren.”
