Unser Ferienhaus wurde 1996 erbaut. 4 modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen mit 3-Sterne Einstufung. In ruhiger reizvoller Landschaft direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Ca. 5 km von Binz entfernt. Ideale Entfernungen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel Rügen. Jede 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 32 qm) für max. 4 Personen.

    “Saubere kleine Ferienwohnung, freundliche Vermieter. Wir hatten auch schlechtes Wetter, auch da hält man es aus, wenn man nicht sehr anspruchsvoll mit dem TV Programm umgeht. Leider teilte man mit das ab 2022 keine Vermietung mit Hund mehr stattfindet. Alles in allem haben wir uns gut erholt. Positiv: Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Grundstück Negativ: Keine Mülltonne für Kotbeutel, musste man immer vor der Tür ablegen, wurde zwar weggeräumt, jedoch hätte ich diesen gern selbst in die Tonne geschmissen. Is ja schließlich auch mein Hund. Ausflüge: Dinosaurierland Rügen - Ein sehr schöner angelegter Dinopark mit ausführlichen Erklärungen und Informationen zur Geschichte, ideal für Kids, mit genügend Spielmoglichkeiten, nur das Essen ist nicht empfehlenswert, schlechte Küche, hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt”

    “Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, zentrale und doch ruhige Lage. Freundliche Vermieter, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Die Polsterbetten sind leider sehr hart. Wenn man Rückenprobleme hat, wacht man mit Schmerzen auf. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln.”

    “Bei der Grundreinigung sollten Geschirr und Töpfe auf Sauberkeit und Vollstänigkeit bitte überprüft werden. Alte und beschädigte Pfannen sollten ersetzt werden-sowie Gewürze von Vorgängern ( Verfallsdatum 2009) haben in den Schränken nichts mehr zu suchen. Ansonsten war die Sauberkeit der Räume inkl. Bad vollkommen in Ordnung. Leider verfügt das Objekt in den Schlafräumen nicht über ausreichende Verdunklungsrollos.”

    “Dieses Ferienhaus,ist außen und innen sehr gut gepflegt, es hat gemütliche und schöne Zimmer. Das einzige was sehr unangenehm war, war die Dusche, da entweder sehr kaltes oder sehr warmes Wasser kam. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich”

    “Einfach eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber und Kinderfreundlich auch für Babys.
    Leider war das Wasser nicht richtig einzustellen ( entweder zu kalt oder zu heiß), was beim Duschen nicht so toll ist.
    Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, auch sonst war es ein gelungener Urlaub!
