The restaurant overlooks the 1,400 square meter swimming pool. The beach volleyball court is located directly behind the mini club. The holiday apartment is situated in a panoramic position among the hills that surround the south side of Lake Garda. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot in the carport. All guests have the opportunity to park their car near the apartment.

The pool landscape (2400 square meters with sun loungers and parasols) has 3 pools. A 120 cm deep and 50 m long swimming pool is available for guests. The 480 m² children's pool is surrounded by a sandy beach with children's games. Near the large swimming pool is the mini club with multilingual animators for all children from 4 to 12 years old in July and August, who offer a varied and age-appropriate program.
