The old Roman town of Pollensa is located within a few minutes’ drive and offers a variety of restaurants and shops, whilst the beaches and amenities of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are also within easy reach.



The interior has been tastefully renovated and decorated, and includes a fitted, kitchen, a cozy lounge-diner, 3 bedrooms with A/C and 2 bathrooms. The exteriors are the main attraction here with cool, shaded terraces around the villa enjoying some spectacular views and atmospheric corners for outside dining or simply chilling with a book and a glass of something cold.
