Komfortappartement G1.18 in der "Strandburg" am Südstrand auf Fehmarn, in direkter Strandlage, 1. OG, max. 4 Pers.
Zahlreiche Freizeitangebote in der Nähe z.B. Surf- und Segelschule, Meerwasserwellenbad, Spielplätze, Tennis, Reiten, Golfplatz, Tauchschule, Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants.

Die Wohnung, etwa 51 m² groß, besteht aus folgenden Zimmern: Ein Wohnraum, Flatscreen-Fernseher und gemütliche Ledercouch, ein Schlafzimmer daneben gelegen mit Doppelbett; eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine und Essecke, sowie ein großes Bad mit Dusche. Es gibt ein kleines zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett.

Ein überdachter Balkonlädt zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt dort einen Tisch und Gartenstühle

Für die kleinen Gäste ist ein Wickeltisch und ein Hochstuhl vorhanden.
Unsere Gäste können während der Strandkorbsaison unseren Strandkorb am Südstrand kostenlos nutzen.
Parken auf dem nahegelegenen Parkplatz ist mit unserem Parkausweis für unsere Gäste incl.

    “Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Die Wohnung punktet durch ihre TOP-Lage am Südstrand. Leider ist der Balkon zum Parkplatz und nicht zur Ostsee ausgerichtet, wir haben ihn aufgrund des kühlen Windes nicht genutzt. Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Neu und auf den Bildern nicht sichtbar: der große Flat-TV und die Ledercouch. Probleme gab es nur im Bad mit dem Ablauf der Dusche und der schlecht dosierbaren Mischbatterie der Dusche. Positiv zu erwähnen ist natürlich noch der im Preis inbegriffene Strandkorb.
    In der Küche haben uns nur die fehlenden Müllbeutel und im Bad die nur eine vorhandene Toilettenpapierrolle ein wenig gestört.”

    “Austattung ist für 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend, großer Balkon mit Blickrichtung zum Parkplatz, zum Strand nur ca 1-2 Minuten, unbezahlbar ist der Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung gehört!! Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett sehr gut, Küche klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, wir haben uns - mit 3 Generationen- sehr wohl gefühlt. Organisation und Buchung waren klasse”

    “In der Beschreibung stand, dass nur Geschirrhandtücher mitzubringen sind. Leider nur für 1 Person Handtücher bereitgestellt
    Sektkorken unter der Couch, alte Socken unter dem Bett, Steckdosenkindersicherungen unter dem Schrank (das liegt aber wahrscheinlich an der Reinigungskraft). Sonst ist die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Würde immer wieder dorthin fahren!”
