Das grosszügige Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Sofa sowie Esstisch verfügt über eine traumhafte Aussicht auf Samedan. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf die Sonnenterasse, die nach Süden gerichtet ist. Die auf dem neusten Stand ausgebaute Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Doppelbetten.
