In a vineyard situated on the vicinity of Roquetaillade, at 32 km from the citadel of Carcassonne and the famous Canal du Midi, at 20 km from Arques castle, at 14 km from Rennes le Château, at 16 km from Alet les bains, at 100 km from Toulouse and 96 km from the sea.

The are 3 new cottages completely independent. Each has a private swimming pool and a shaded terrace. Their construction is a mix of smart materials, with the outside arranged like a chalet, and furnished contemporary interior. Lots of charm with modern and comfortable. 

Each cottage, 70 m², built on the same level and very comfortably furnitured for 4 people. This cottage has an heated pool protected by a rolling shutter. 

Large living room of 40 m² with kitchen, lounge and dining area, 1 double room with bathroom and WC, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room with WC independent. 

Charming cottage with wooden cladding, classified 3*, located in a renowned wine estate. Small private pool on a panoramic terrace, usable from June and the end of September. And from November to May, when the swimming pool is no longer usable, a jacuzzi and a sauna are available free of charge, and to be shared between the 3 cottages of the same capacity. Table d'hôtes on request in low season.

Here is a paradise for active, nature lovers and water sports, fishing with fishing rivers and hiking enthusiasts. The Aude High valley is part of the great vineyards of the Corbières, and this where is produced the famous Blanquette de Limoux. 

The wines of the vineyard are also known, are listed in the guides and wine presented in the best Parisian restaurants. 

The fans of cultural discoveries will be delighted by the visit of the city of Carcassonne (World Heritage by UNESCO), the Cathar castles around; site of Rennes-le-chateau where plane still the mystery of the strange Abbé Saunière, famous by the Da Vinci Code and medieval villages to visit, as Mirepoix.
