Villa Principe is a modern holiday villa with pool located on the edge of a small village in the surroundings of Groznjan, the „town of artists“ in the green Istrian hinterland.
On the enclosed property the guests of the house have at their disposal a 50 sqm swimming pool, summer kitchen with covered terrace and stunning panoramic view on the Mirna valley and Motovun, parking places for three vehicles, table tennis and children's playground.
Villa with pool for 6-7 persons with a living area of 150 sqm. It consists of a tastefully furnished living area with a completely equipped kitchen, dining table and panoramic view of Motovun and the green valley, three double bedrooms with satellite-TV of which one with queen size bed and shower/toilet, one with queen size bed and bath/toilet with hydromassage bathtub and one with two separate beds and shower/toilet, and a separate toilet. From the two bedrooms, as well as from the living room there's an exit on the terrace with sitting set and the pool.
