The 45m² big apartment at the ground floor of the 2021 new builded Six-Family-house in the center of Kranzegg is a popular starting point for excursions, hikes or bike tours. The location offers you even in winter a lot of cross-country skiing, skiing and sledging opportunities , which are within walking distance.
The lovingly designed apartment has high-quality furnishings with solid wood floors including underfloor heating, a seperate bedroom, dining and living area, TV, free WiFi and a Pull-Out couch (150 cm) and cempletely equipped kitchenette including dishwasher, microwave and oven.
Pls. feel free to ask for seperate baby bed.
You can relax on the 28 m² spacious, partly covored terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs and have a view to the village stream.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower (rain shower) , toilet, hair dryer and towels.
A free underground parking space and bicycle cellar incl. elevator in the basement is available to you.
Gastronomy and a bakery are very near to the apartment (only few minutes walk).
