If you are ready for a holiday, our holiday homes in the Eifel are the first choice and are also very popular as group accommodation. Our self-catering cottages offer endless opportunities to relax and get away from the stress of everyday life.

Our large family-friendly holiday homes are located in the Felsenland Südeifel, directly in the German-Luxembourg Nature Park near the climatic health resort of Neuerburg in the Eifel - a historic place with a long history and modern infrastructure.

Large modern holiday home with gallery & galleries for up to 18 guests

The holiday home Eifel-Atrium Oberes Enztal offers 150m² with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large gallery as a combined dining, living and kitchen area as well as two galleries with further living areas. The open design - in combination with the huge windows - creates a lot of light and a spacious living feeling. The room height creates a special feeling of transparency and openness.

The optimal occupancy is 14 people, but there are additional beds and sofa beds available for a larger group of guests.

The special feature of this holiday home is the open living area as a gallery. The gallery breaks through several floors of the house and thus provides light and openness throughout the building. The open design, in combination with the large windows, creates a lot of light and a spacious living feeling. Two galleries can be used as a further retreat or reading corner, without being completely isolated from the rest of the living area.

 There are large windows in the entrance area and on the side.

The cosy living area is furnished with a sofa with sleep function (70x200cm), cocktail armchairs and a Formula 1 tyre table.

To the right is the dining area with benches and a large table for all guests.

In the rear area is the large kitchen with American side-by-side refrigerator and 6 hobs.

The bedroom Nürburgring on the ground floor consists of a double bed (2x 80x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm). The room has 2 floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the terrace and a chest of drawers.

On the 1st floor, the bedroom Eifelosauros is equipped with a classic bunk bed (2x 90x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm). Here, too, a floor-to-ceiling window provides plenty of light.

The second bedroom Bourscheid on the 1st floor consists of a double bed (2x 80x200cm).

The third bedroom Felsenland on the 1st floor consists of a stacking bed. The stacking bed can be used as a normal single bed or as two single beds (2x 90x200cm). There is also a baby cot and a chest of drawers with a changing unit.

On the middle gallery there is also a sofa bed (110x200cm). This is a place to retreat without being completely cut off from the rest of the living area. The floor-to-ceiling window fronts with a height of up to 4 m provide a wonderful view of the Eifel landscape.

In the attic, the large bedroom Apollo 11 is equipped with two double beds (140x200cm each) as well as a catamaran bunk bed (140x200cm below, 90x200cm above). In addition, there is a sofa bed (120x190cm). Despite the many beds in Apollo 11, you don't get the feeling of sleeping in a dormitory, as the room is angled. A large wooden bench and a large wardrobe keep things tidy next to the wardrobe.

On the top gallery there is a nice reading sofa with sleeping function (70x190cm) as well as a bookshelf.  The comfortable seating furniture is a sofa, chaise longue and bed in one and thus fulfils three functions at once. As a sofa with two armrests, it offers space for 2 to 3 people. It becomes a modern chaise longue when one backrest is folded down. The then comfortable daybed invites you to read and linger and is strongly reminiscent of the antique triclinium. When both sides are folded down, the sofa becomes a bed (70x190cm). It is suitable for a short nap as well as for sleeping at night.

The gallery and the galleries combined with the large windows make the holiday home open and bright. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower on each floor.

In addition to central heating, there is also an automatically filled pellet stove in the holiday home.

In front of and behind the house you will find a large terrace with patio furniture, parasol and a charcoal barbecue.

As the holiday home is close to 3 other holiday homes, the noise level should be adapted to the time of day in the evening and there should be quiet outside from 11 pm onwards. We are happy about friendly, funny and sociable guests who want to meet in our house to spend time together. However, under no circumstances should our house and our neighbours be affected by this. Please be considerate - of furnishings, noise levels and night's rest. We therefore cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to 25 years of age). Stag parties and binge drinking are also not welcome.
